RETURNS  

If you require assistance with a return, you can use our SUPPORT FORM below to submit a request.

We accept a post mark return within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund. Refund will be in the same form of currency used for the purchase. This may take up to 3 – 5 business days to appear on your statement. We do not accept returns from a third party retailer.  

The product must be in unworn, unaltered, unwashed, original packaging, and with original tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns on products that have been monogrammed or custom made.  We do not accept return from a third party retailer. 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.  

USA: Complimentary return.
International: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

 

EXCHANGES  

If you require assistance with an exchange, you can use our SUPPORT FORM below to submit a request.

We will replace faulty or incorrectly shipped product within 14 days if the item is in stock and if the circumstance was our error. You must return the faulty or incorrectly shipped product in its original conditions, postmarked within 14 days of delivery date to be eligible for a replacement. We do not accept exchanges from a third party retailer.  

The product must be in unworn, unaltered, unwashed, original packaging, and with original tags and labels attached. We do not accept exchange on products that have been monogrammed or custom made. We do not accept exchange on similar items for price differential. 

Exchange that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
