These are our standards and deadlines for cancellation:

  • Complimentary Ground Service, 2 Days Service: should be cancel before 3 PM PST
  • Next Day Service: should be cancel before 12 PM PST
  • If your order has been ship prior to the cancellation deadline, please receive the product and follow our Returns and Exchanges procedure.
  • We do not accept cancellation on products that have been monogrammed or special occasion garments. 

You will be re-credited to the credit or debit card account on file within 3 – 5 business days, provided the good is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, original packaging and with original tags and labels attached. 

USA: Customer is not responsible for cancellation shipping charges if the customer cancel before deadline.  
International: Customer is not responsible for cancellation shipping charges if the customer cancel before deadline.
